THE PROBLEM:
A notable property for the developers and municipal interests, the foundation and parking area was sitting within sheets of rock. The rock caused great difficulty to get the slab on grade for construction.
OUR SOLUTION
We intentionally cultivated relationships with all county, city, state, MDE offices so they were aware of progress, and so they felt comfortable asking questions and making recommendations. We also spent hours breaking rock.
